Hi! I’m Caroline.

I've been working in higher education career advising and employer relations since 2018, focusing on helping students take their first career steps and partnering with employers to create meaningful internship programs.

I earned my Ed.D in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier in 2022. My dissertation explored how unpaid internships create barriers for low-income students trying to break into the entertainment industry.

As someone living with a mood disorder, I'm passionate about helping others with mood disorders find sustainable careers. I created a 6-part course for the Depression Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) California called "Career Navigation for People with Mood Disorders" that attracted participants from all over the globe. With over 20 years of public speaking experience, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to audiences looking to understand the intersection of mental health and career development.

I believe anyone can work in any industry - but finding your path is as unique as you are. Whether you're looking for a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, or panel discussion expert on mental health in the workplace, I'm here to help your audience navigate these important conversations!
