About Caroline

Caroline has worked in higher education career advising and employer relations since 2018. Her foci are guiding students to take their first steps in their careers, and working with employers to develop internship programs that are both educationally and professionally valuable.

Caroline earned her Ed.D in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education in 2022, with a dissertation focused on the challenges low-income college students face gaining entertainment industry experience due to the prevalence of unpaid internships.

She has created workshops and resources for individuals with mood disorders to guide them in their career journeys, and advocates for inclusive work environments.

It is Caroline’s belief that anyone can work in any industry, but finding the path for you is as unique as the people who take those steps. She is here to help and support people looking to navigate their careers!
